Our laser-engraved acrylic memorial plates are UV resistant and come in a variety of shapes and sizes. The beautiful brushed silver or gold finish is cut using a laser to reveal the black or gold material below. is offered in two sizes, measuring approximately 1 1/4 inches tall x 3 inches wide, or a larger 2″ tall x 5″ wide version, with choice of square or rounded corners. It is supplied with 3M adhesive tape on the back and can be attached directly to any smooth surface, such as a wooden or metal urn (not for round items). These acrylic plates are suitable for either indoor or outdoor use.

We can engrave up to 4 lines of text with about 40 characters allowed per line (including spaces) for the standard size and 6 lines of 60 characters for the large size. If you require more than this, please contact us at (609) 474-4699 and we’ll try to make it happen. Two font styles are available, script (cursive) and block. Please note that block tends to be more legible when many characters are entered. The script font is difficult to read in all capital letters. If you would like capital letters, please choose block. We suggest capitalizing the first letter of every word and checking carefully for spelling errors. If you have any questions about which font might be best for your order, please don’t hesitate to call.

Our engraved memorial plaques can be used for multiple purposes, but the primary use is to adorn a cremation urn with your personal message. Different finishes, shapes and materials are available, so you can find the perfect solution for your memorial.

In most cases, the option of an additional graphic allows you to add a special personalized touch to your engraved plaque.

Plate personalization options

Block Font

Clean and crisp, our block font gets your message across clearly. Block is well-suited for situations when you have a lot to say, or if you like a stronger look in a traditional engraving style. It’s also very effective at getting your message across when all caps are chosen (all caps are not recommended when using the script font – choose block instead if all caps are required).

Script Font

The Script font provides a classic cursive-style look. It is not as well-suited for a larger amount of text, however, and may be harder to read from a distance, so keep that in mind if you choose script. Please also note that multiple capital letters grouped together are very difficult to read, due to the ornate styling of script capital letters, so we strongly recommend against all caps.
